Initial Consultation
We schedule a free initial, in-home consultation to determine what is to be cleaned. From there we arrive at fair pricing and together we decide on a starting date. Some clients choose to have the initial cleaning the same day. Schedule permitting, we would love to service you the same day. Initial cleanings generally take longer than maintenance cleanings- sometimes five or more hours with a team of three cleaning specialists since we need to remove all the layers of built-up "old dirt and scum" to get to the original surface. Every home is different. Even though the square feet may be the same, furnishings and people and pets are unique to every home.
